The Blue House ECR is an ideal wedding venue to choose any or all of your wedding events. It is spread over 1.5 acres on lush green landscape facing the beach. Nestled by the Bay of Bengal in ECR, Akkarai is a picture-perfect seaside venue for that dream beach wedding. We have 2 beautiful picturesque venues which can be booked separately or combined to host weddings and events with capacity from 25 to 750 guests per event. We have the Meadow lane ECR, lawn which can host upto 600 guests with adequate vehicle parking. We can customize your wedding packages based on your budget. Just give us the responsibility and show up at the venue and we’ll take care of the rest.

Above pricing includes:

1. valet parking
2. Cleaners throughout the event
3. Backup generator 24/7 (diesel to be paid by the client.)
4. OVERNIGHT STAY for a MAXIMUM of 11 adults + 4 kids ONLY at the blue house.
5. Electricity charges of Rs. 10,000/- per event to be paid in advance. (Commercial tariff)
6. Local agency permission extra.
7. DJ permission extra.
8. Beach stage permission extra.
9. Guests bringing outside caterers for events will be charged additional Rs. 15,000/- for using our new kitchen /barbeque area in the property.
10. Extra guests Rs. 800/- will be charged per head.

Refundable Security Deposit from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 50,000 per event has to be paid in advance. ( amount prorated as per guest count).
